Rush McInnis, Jr., M.D. Medical Director Family Practice & Bariatric Medicine Dr. McInnis is board-certified in Family Practice and Bariatric Medicine.  He was the first physician to become board-certified in Bariatric Medicine in the state of Alabama.  He has practiced Family Medicine for over twenty-five years and Bariatric Medicine for the past twenty years.  Dr. McInnis has been active in the American Society of Bariatric Physicians (a national organization whose membership addresses the treatment of obesity), and has served as an officer as well as a board member of that organization. Sharon O. Lamberth, M.Ed. Program Director Sharon earned her B.S. degree in counseling from Samford University and a Master’s Degree in counseling and guidance from the University of Montevallo.  She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Association of Mental Health Counselors and an associate member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. Raymonda Jaggers, R.D., L.D. Dietitian Raymonda earned her B.S. degree in nutrition and dietetics from Western Kentucky University and completed her dietetic internship at Duke University. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Alabama Dietetic Association, and the Alabama Association of Diabetes Educators.
